New Delhi (03.06.2023): Despite the Congress prevailing upon Sachin Pilot for a truce between him and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the two may be on thin ice. While the Congress claimed that both leaders have agreed to fight the Assembly polls together after meeting Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi, it is understood that Pilot has expressed that he should be made state party chief ahead of polls. This demand could end up creating more trouble for the Congress.
