Railways: One Member, Railway Board and four GMs appointed

New Delhi (10.12.2024): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has appointed one Member, Railway Board in level 17 post and four General Managers in Level 16 posts. The name of these officer are as follows.
  1. Hitendra Malhotra, IRMS, has been appointed as Member (Operations & Business Development) (O&BD), Railway Board. 
Appointment in Level 16 Posts of IRMS:
  1. Vijay Kumar, IRSME, has been appointed as General Manager (GM), Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), Chittaranjan.
  2. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, IRSE, has been appointed as General Manager, Central Organization for Railway Electrification (CORE), Prayagraj. 
  3. Tarun Prakash, IRSSE, has been appointed as General Manager, South East Central Railway (SECR), Bilaspur.
  4. Mukul Saran Mathur, IRTS, has been appointed as General Manager, South Western Railway (SWR), Hubballi.
