Chandigarh (08.09.2021): After every attempt made by the Congress leaders to bring peace between Punjab CM Amrinder Singh and party chief Navjot Singh Sidhu, it appears that the Congress is ready to offer Punjab government to Aam Aadmi Party or Shiromani Akali Dal on platters. However, the case of Shiromani Akali Dal is no different than the Congress which in its attempt to counter Congress on Farm Bill parted ways with its most trusted ally. AAP has always been doing good in the state and with infighting in Congress continuing, it will be benefited for sure. A pre-poll survey suggests AAP falling just short of the halfway mark in the state while good five months are still in their hands.
