The public-sector headhunter (PESB) on Friday selected Anshul Bhargava for the post of Director (HR), POSOCO; a PSU under the Ministry of Power. Presently, he is working in PNB Housing Finance Limited as Chief People Officer/Head HR, Administration and CSR. PESB recommended Bhargava for the job from a list of 08 candidates who were interviewed by the selection panel on Friday. The list had three candidates from POSOCO and one each from Engineers India Limited (EIL), NHPC Limited, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and DFCCIL. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval Bhargava will replace Ms Meenakshi Davar; the outgoing Director (HR) retiring on 31.12.2020.
