Prime Minister Narendra Modi's most ambitious project NMCG (National Mission for Clean Ganga) is running headless for over a month and a half. One may find it ironical that the PMO is consistently monitoring the progress of projects through hi-tech e-monitoring system but volume of pending files, pertaining to Ganga Mission, are increasing with each passing week. 'Ganga Mission' is close to the chest of RSS as well. Power corridors are abuzz that some deliberate moves were played to make the project headless.
