Government-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC), India's leading NBFC, today inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Health Department of Mizoram government for the construction of a 100-bedded hospital at Mamit district at a cost of Rs 18 crore. The MoA was signed by H. Lalengmawia (IAS), Health Secretary, Govt. of Mizoram and R. Murahari, Executive Director (CSR & SD) PFC in presence of Chief Minister of Mizoram, Pu Zoramthanga and P.K. Singh, Director (Commercial) PFC. The proposed hospital speaks eloquently about PFC’s commitment to CSR activities. It would provide medical care to the needy people living in the villages of Mamit, an aspirational district, as well as adjoining villages of bordering states.
