New Delhi (23.04.2021): The full-strength Public-sector head-hunter (PESB), in its maiden inning under the chairmanship of Mallika Srinivasan, on Friday, selected Vartika Shukla (Director, EIL) for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Limited (EIL). Altogether, eight candidates had appeared for the selection interview held at PESB today. Presently, the CMD post in EIL is lying vacant. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval Vartika Shukla may have a tenure as CMD till February 2026.
