Bhubaneswar (25.03.2023): The Odisha government has enacted a minor reshuffle of IAS officers with immediate effect. These officers are as follows: Nikunja Bihari Dhal (IAS: 1993: OD) has been appointed as the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Odisha. Sushil Kumar Lohani (IAS: 1995: OD) has been posted as the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department with the additional charge of Principal Secretary of the Excise Department. Satyabrata Sahu (IAS: 1991: OD) has been appointed as the Special Relief Commissioner. Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS: 1997: OD), I& PR Department Secretary, has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Energy Department. Gyanaranjan Das (IAS: 2007: OD), executive director of Odisha State Disaster Management Authority, has been appointed as the Managing Director of Odisha State Disaster Management Authority.
