New Delhi (23.05.2025): The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) conducted the swearing-in ceremony for its newly appointed Judicial Members namely; The ACC had approved the appointment of two members in the NCLAT on 26.04.2025 for a period of four years, or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever earlier.NCLAT functions as an appellate tribunal, NCLAT hears appeals against orders passed by the NCLT and other authorities, playing a crucial role in India's corporate legal framework.

New Delhi (23.05.2025): The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) conducted the swearing-in ceremony for its newly appointed Judicial Members namely;
- Justice N Sesha Sayee, former Judge, Madras High Court
- Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan, former Judge, Allahabad High Court
The ACC had approved the appointment of two members in the NCLAT on 26.04.2025 for a period of four years, or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever earlier.
NCLAT functions as an appellate tribunal, NCLAT hears appeals against orders passed by the NCLT and other authorities, playing a crucial role in India's corporate legal framework.
