New Delhi (07.07.2023): The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has got Justice A P Sahi as its new President. He is former Chief Justice, High Courts of Madras and Patna (Parent High Court: Allahabad). He will hold the position for a period of four years, or till attaining the age of 70 years, whichever earlier.In addition, NCDRC also gets three members for a period of four years or till they would attaining the age of 67 years, whichever earlier.

New Delhi (07.07.2023): The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has got Justice A P Sahi as its new President. He is former Chief Justice, High Courts of Madras and Patna (Parent High Court: Allahabad). He will hold the position for a period of four years, or till attaining the age of 70 years, whichever earlier.
In addition, NCDRC also gets three members for a period of four years or till they would attaining the age of 67 years, whichever earlier.
- Bharatkumar Pandya (IRS, Retd Insurance Ombudsman, Mumbai) will continue till June 2027
- Dr Sadhna Shanker (Principal DG of Income Tax, CBDT, New Delhi) will continue till September 2027.
- Retd Air Vice Marshal Jonnalagadda Rajendra (AVSM VSM) will continue till August 2027.
