Lucknow (05.07.2023): Rigzin Samphel (IAS: 2003: UP) has applied for VRS. Samphel is the fourth IAS officer in Uttar Pradesh who sought VRS within a year’s time. At present, he is serving as Resident Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to Jammu and Kashmir. He was on inter cadre deputation in his home state (J&K) from 2018. Later, on his return to cadre state he was in 2022 posted as Resident Commissioner of UP in Delhi.ALSO READ:
