Inviting the Minister to the 23rd edition of the CII Partnership Summit at Visakhapatnam on January 27, 28 - 2017, he said the Prime Minister has been invited as the Chief Guest to the Summit with a request to lay the foundation stone for the Petro-Chemical complex at Kakinada. To be ready for the event, I request you to instruct officials of GAIL and HPCL to expedite the process and obtain necessary internal approvals for setting up of Petro-Chemical complex at Kakinada.
