The Public Enterprise Selection Board on Thursday selected Cmde Bharat Bhushan Nagpal (Director, CPP & BD, GSL) for the post of Chairman and Managing Director, Goa Shipyard Ltd.
Subject to requisite clearances Nagpal may replace Radm Shekhar Mittal, the outgoing CMD retiring on 30th November this year.
Altogether four candidates had appeared for selection interview namely; CMDE Bharat Bhushan Nagpal (Director, CPP & BD, GSL); R Rajagopalan (GM, PGCIL); Biswajit Moitra (CMR, IRSME) and Sharad Kumar Yagnik (GGM, IRSME).
