Rashmi Saxena Sahni (IRS IT:1984) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Woman & Child Development. She has replaced Chetan Bhushan Sanghi (IAS:UT:1988) in the department.
Previously she served as Director of Income-tax (Transfer Pricing) and also had to her credit to be part of a three member panel set up in July 2012 to review taxation of IT units, development centres.
