New Delhi (30.12.2022): The New Delhi establishment on Friday effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle. The list of newly appointed Joint Secretaries in various ministries and department is as follows:
- Padam Lal Negi (lDAS: 1992) has been appointed as Joint Secretary & FA, Ministry of Civil Aviation.
- Sanjeev Kumar Kassi (CPES: 1995) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal.
- Gangadhar Panda (IRS IT: 1993) has been appointed as Additional DGFT, New Delhi, Department of Gen of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce.
- Jitendra Srivastava (lAS: 2000: BH:) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation.
- K Manicka Raj (IAS: 2005: TG) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.
- Preet Pal Singh (IFoS: 2000: (AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
- Rina Sonowal Kouli (IInfoS: 1994) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education.
- Lokhande Prashant Sitaram (IAS: 2001: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs.
- Chittaranjan Dash (IRS IT:1999) has been appointed as Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
- Ravi Shankar (IDES: 1998) has been appointed as Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
- Deepika Kachhal (IInfoS: 1994) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment.
- Manish Kumar Kanojia (IRS lT:1998) has been appointed as Financial Advisor, KVIC, Mumbai, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.
- Surender Mehra (IFoS: 1999: UD) has been appointed as Adviser, NITI Aayog.

- Lucas Laiconsing Kamsuan (CSS cadre officer) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises.
- Anshu Manish Khalkho (IDAS: 1994) has been appointed as Director (A&F), National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
- A Dhanalakshmi (CSS cadre officer) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Science & Technology.
- Mebanshailang R Synrem (lAS: 2002: AM) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, with additional charge of the post of Additional DG (Tourism).
