Chandigarh (01.09.2023): Immediately after superannuation, Rajesh Khullar (Retd IAS: 1988: HY) was appointed as Chief Principal Secretary to Haryana CM Manohar Lal. Khullar replaces D S Dhesi (Retd IAS: 1982: HY) who has been appointed as Principal Advisor Urban Development. He has also been entrusted with the responsibility of superintendence and guidance of Metropolitan Development Authorities in Faridabad, Gurugram and Sonepat. Dheshi worked as Chief PS from October 19, 2020 to 31.08.2023.

Khullar was appointed as Executive Director in the World Bank. He had joined the World Bank in the first week of November, 2020 and recently returned to India.
