Kerala additional CS TK Jose has
been directed to appear before the Kerala HC on August 20 in a contempt of
court case. Jose has reportedly made some defamatory comment against the
judiciary in the Panampilly Nagar commercialization case. Following the publication of
Jose's comments,Justice V Chitambaresh directed additional chief secretary TK
Jose to appear personally before the court to explain his remarks against the
Judge.
