Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that posting of
2002 batch IAS officers empanelled to hold Joint Secretary level posts may
start shortly. Few names have started doing rounds and reportedly, a Bihar cadre
IAS officer from the batch has been considered for a plum foreign posting.
