Reportedly, Joshi, Member-Secretary (DDC), was asked verbally by AAP leader Ashish Khetan (Vice- Chairperson, DDC) to quit the post. Sources said that Joshi was instructed to issue orders for the appointment of six AAP volunteers as coordinators of different task forces formed under the DDC which did not fall into the provisions and rules as many other candidates had already applied for the post. The DDC was constituted in the last week of February to advice the Delhi government on various policies and outline the road-map for governance.
