ITAT: 40 Judicial & Accountant members get new postings

New Delhi (07.03.2024): Almost two-and-half months after the New Delhi establishment appointed fourty members (Judicial & Accountancy) in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), they have now been given posting orders by the Ministry of Law & Justice. The term of appointment of 18 Judicial Members and 22 Accountant Members will be for a period of four years or till their age of 67 years.

Places of posting of Judicial Members are as follows:
  1. Narinder Kumar (Retd District Judge) has been posted to Chandigarh. 
  2. Vimal Kumar (District Judge) has been posted to Delhi.
  3. Sudhir Pareek (District Judge) has been posted to Delhi.
  4. Sunil Kumar Singh -I (Retd District Judge) has been posted to Mumbai.
  5. Pradip Kumar Choubey (District Judge) has been posted to Kolkata.
  6. Kamal Kant (Retd District Judge) has been posted to Kolkata.
  7. Raj Kumar Chauhan (Retd District Judge) has been posted to Mumbai.
  8. Sudhir Kumar (District Judge) has been posted to Delhi.
  9. Anil Kumar Dugar (Advocate) has been posted to Bangalore.
  10. Prakash Chand Yadav (Advocate) has been posted to Delhi.
  11. Udyan Dasgupta (Advocate) has been posted to Chandigarh.
  12. Soundararajan K (Advocate) has been posted to Bangalore.
  13. Manu Kumar Giri (Advocate) has been posted to Chennai.
  14. Keshav Dubey (Advocate) has been posted to Bangalore
  15. Dinesh Mohan Sinha (Advocate) has been posted to Ahmedabad.
  16. Paresh M Joshi (Advocate) has been posted to Chandigarh.
  17. Subhash Malguria (Advocate) has been posted to Lucknow.
  18. Vinay Bhamore (Advocate) has been posted to Pune.
