New Delhi (02.04.2024): Apparently, in one of the biggest victories of I.N.D.I.A., AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has been granted bail by the Supreme Court but what is interesting to note is that ED did not oppose his bail. No recovery has been made as Singh is allegedly accused of receiving Rs two crore as kickback. It is being looked upon as a big relief for AAP but court said that the bail is on condition set by the lower court and the case will not be a precedent for other cases. But letting Sanjay Singh go off the hook simply is mysterious.
