New Delhi (20.11.2024): The BJP is gearing up for Delhi Assembly elections by announcing a 23-member Coordination Committee, a 13-member Manifesto Committee and bringing a Jat leader Kailash Gehlot to the party fold. But what is important to note is that the party may bet on a woman leader for Delhi battle that include Meenakshi Lekhi, Bansuri Swaraj, Nupur Sharma and Smriti Irani. Sharma and Irani need party high command’s approval to start working in Delhi. But the kind of politics that the BJP has started, Lekhi, Swaraj and Sharma have fair chances that anyone of them may be given the responsibility to accomplish the task for the party in Delhi.
