New Delhi (22.04.2026): The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on April 22, 2026 held a selection interview for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, India Optel Limited (IOL). The incumbent CMD, Tushar Tripathi is superannuating on 31.05.2026.The selection board found none of the 10 candidates suitable for the post and advised the administrative ministry/department, (Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence) to choose an appropriate course of further action for selection including the Search-cum-Selection-Committee (SCSC) or as deemed appropriate with the approval of the competent authority.
