C Kumar recommended for the post of Director (Technical), ECL

New Delhi (22.04.2026): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday recommended the name of Chitranjan Kumar for the post of Director (Technical), Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). A total 12 candidates were interviewed. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Kumar will be the new Director (Technical) replacing Niladri Roy after his superannuation on 30.04.2026. Currently, he serves as Area General Manager at Magadh Sanghamitra area, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL).
