Prashant Kumar (IFS:1985:MP) was selected for a second consecutive time as its President. Further, the IFS Association (Central Unit) gave Dr. S P Yadav (IFS:1989:UP) a third consecutive chance to serve as Secretary General. Dr. Vivek Saxena (IFS:1991:HY) was elected as Joint Secretary of the association. Prashant Kumar currently serves in Govt of India as Jt Secretary, Dept of Rural Development; Dr. S P Yadav is Assistant Secretary General, Global Tiger Forum (GTF), whereas Dr. Vivek Saxena is Additional Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan (Delhi). The association elected six officers as 'Office Bearer' : Dr Devendra Pandey (Patron), former DG, Forest Survey of India; Prashant Kumar (President), Dr S P Yadav (Secretary General), Dr Vivek Saxena (Jt Secretary); Anjan Mohanty (Treasurer) & Dr Surabhi Rai (Editor-cum-Literary Secretary). The Executive Committee Members are Ms. Alka Bhargava, Dr. Sueesh Buxy, C P Goyal, D K Sinha, Shailender Singh, Dr. V S Gaur, Dr. Bala Prasad, H S Sohal, S K Chadha & A K Goyal.
