HUDCO Q4 Results: Revenue jumps 38%, PAT rises 4% YoY at Rs 728 Crs

New Delhi (07.05.2025): The Board of Directors of HUDCO in a meeting held on May 6 at Mumbai announced the Financial Results for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025
HUDCO which recently joined the league of Navratnas and NBFC-IFC status, registered a record-breaking growth in various key segments of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. 
Housing & Urban Development Corporation is aiming to be a zero NPA company in the next 18 months. It significantly reduced its NPAs from 0.36% to 0.25% YoY.
The key financial outcomes for FY2024-25 may be summarised as follows:
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): year-on-year increase of 28% 
  • Revenue from Operations: year-on-year increase of 32.46% 
  • Loan Portfolio:  a 34.72% growth, expanded from Rs 92,654 crore to Rs 1,24,828 crore,
  • Gross NPAs: reduced from 2.71 to 1.67% YoY
  • Net NPAs: reduced from 0.36% to 0.25% year-on-year
  • Loan Book: a growth of 34.72% over the previous year, from Rs 92,654 Crore to Rs.1,24,828 Crore YoY 
  • Earnings Per Share: a growth of 28%. 
HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha, said, “Our results are reflective of not only our strategic initiatives but also the dedication and hard work of our talented team as well as trust and support of the stakeholders." He said HUDCO is envisaged to play a catalytic role in financing infrastructure beyond housing for creating assets for Viksit Bharat. The current Fiscal Budget has laid thrust on housing and infrastructure in a big way and HUDCO is geared to capitalize on these opportunities, he added. 
He also thanked Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal Khattar; his deputy Tokhan Sahu; Union Secretary (MoHUA), Srinivas Katikithala (IAS: 1989: GJ), and the Board of Directors for their support. 
It may also be underlined that HUDCO supplements key GoI programs like PMAY-Urban 2.0, Urban Challenge Fund, Smart Cities, AMRUT 2.0, SBM 2.0 and Jal Jeevan Mission, providing sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Apart from strengthening its position in the urban development sector, HUDCO also offers integrated solutions across critical areas such as waste management, water supply, sewage, drainage, land acquisition, integrated townships, industrial corridors, sustainable mobility (metros, expressways), health and green infrastructure, energy transition, and port infrastructure.
