New Delhi (17.09.2025): The public-sector head-hunter (PESB) on Wednesday recommended the name of Varun Kumar Shukla for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Salts Limited (HSL), a Schedule “C” CPSE under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India.Altogether seven candidates appeared before the selection board (PESB) for the interview. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Shukla will be appointed as CMD, HSL replacing Commodore Kamlesh Kumar (Retd) who superannuated on 04.08.2025. Currently, he is serving as General Manager, Richardson & Cruddas (1972) Limited.
