As part of the approved restructuring, the Board has sanctioned the change of the company’s name from Gujarat Gas Limited to Gujarat Energy Limited, subject to necessary regulatory filings and approvals from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The company will also adopt revised Memorandum and Articles of Association, effective from the Scheme’s designated “Effective Date.”
