The NaMo administration on Thursday announced the elevation of four senior IPS officers as Special Director in BSF, NDRF and CRPF.
Sanjay Kumar (IPS:1985:HP), the incumbent DG of NDRF, retiring this year end, elevated as Special Director General in the same post.
Similarly; three ADG rank officers were elevated as Special DG in the same CPMF against the existing vacancy of SDG post. Arun Kumar (IPS:1985:UP), is ADG in BSF whereas Rajesh Pratap Singh (IPS:1985:UP) and Prabhat Singh (IPS:1985:UT), both serving in CRPF as ADG.
