The Haryana government has shuffled four IAS officers in the state with immediate effect. Ms. Dheera Khandelwal, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Environment, will be the new ACS, School Education department. She will continue to look after the work of Art and Cultural Affairs, Archives and Archaeology and Museums. Devender Singh, Principal Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology and Civil Aviation Department, has been given the additional charge of Environment, Haryana Administrative Reforms, and Member Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority. Vivek Joshi, Principal Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare, Commissioner, Ambala Division, Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, will also look after the work of Principal Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department relieving T C Gupta of the said charges.
