New Delhi (26.12.2024): A book penned by former DGP of Odisha Prakash Mishra (Retd IPS: 1975: OR) ‘Comedy in Khakee: The Humorous Memoirs of a Policeman’ is scheduled for a release on January 11, 2025 at 3.30 PM at Delhi Police Headquarters, Jai Singh Marg, New Delhi. Mishra also served at the Centre as Special Secretary (Internal Security), Union Home Ministry and DG Fire Services & Civil Defence before being retired as DG CRPF.

Former UP DGP Prakash Singh will be the Chief Guest at the programme. Retired IPS officer Vikram Singh, Lt Gen (Retd) C P Mohanty and retired IPS Sanjay Arora will be Guests of Honour. The book will tickle funny bones with cases of personal funny experiences while policing.
