announced the appointment of Hardh V Shringla (IFS:1984) as successor to Vijay
Keshav Gokhle (IFS:1982); the outgoing Foreign Secretary completing his tenure on January
28, 2020. Presently, Shringla is Ambassador of India in Washington D C.
