New Delhi (28.07.2026): The Ministry of Railways has approved permanent absorption of Swayambhu Arya, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), in Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR).The President has accepted his technical resignation from Railway service with effect from July 28, 2026. He will be deemed to have retired from Railway service on the same date.Service particulars of the officer are to be furnished in the prescribed form, along with confirmation that FSC/LSC charges have been paid to the Railways. Arya will now continue his career with CONCOR.

New Delhi (28.07.2026): The Ministry of Railways has approved permanent absorption of Swayambhu Arya, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), in Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR).
The President has accepted his technical resignation from Railway service with effect from July 28, 2026. He will be deemed to have retired from Railway service on the same date.
