'Indianmandarins' has learnt that as many as five senior advocates are waiting in the wings to be appointed as Delhi High Court Judge. As against the approved strength of 60 Delhi HC has 41 judges at present (including CJ). If the buzz becomes true the current short-fall of 19 judges will come down to 14.
