New Delhi: (23.04.2026): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on 22.04.2026 has cleared the empanelment of 8 officers from Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers and Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE). The newly empanelled officers are now eligible for postings at the Joint Secretary or Joint Secretary Equivalent level at the Centre. The names and other details of these officers are as follows:-

Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE)
