New Delhi (04.11.2025): Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is engaged in development, production and integration of multi-disciplinary products. It also provides cutting-edge technology solutions in the area of strategic electronics with specific focus on Atomic Energy, Defence, Security and other strategic sectors of national importance.
ECIL signed Memorandum of Understanding on November 03, 2025 with PROENGIN SAS, France for indigenous manufacturing of Flame Photometry based Portable Chemical Warfare Agent Detector and Threat Detection Hub box. The MoU was exchanged between Dr Anesh Kumar Sharma, OS, Director (Technical), ECIL and Emmanuel Delsart, Vice-President, PROENGIN SAS, France. The MoU was signed by Commodore Neeraj Uday, VSM (Retd), General Manager (HSS & SED), ECIL and Emmanuel Delsart, PROENGIN SAS, Vice-President, France.
Proteek Kumar Chakraborty, Director (Finance), ECIL & Sh. Raghavendra Rao, General Manager, PROENGIN SAS, and other senior officials from ECIL were also present on this occasion.
ECIL and PROENGIN SAS, France have agreed to strengthen business cooperation to provide comprehensive CBRN systems & solutions. As a first Step towards this engagement, two main areas of cooperation namely indigenous manufacturing TDH box & FPD based Chemical Detector and business development were identified. Accordingly, the MoU was signed to strengthen co-operation between them through sharing experiences, best practices, capacity building and knowledge in the area of CBRN.
