The Delhi Police on Thursday questioned Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Private Secretary in connection with the alleged assault on the Chief Secretary in February.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Harendra Singh confirmed that CM's Private Secretary Bibhav Kumar is being questioned over the alleged assault on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash on the night of February 19.
Earlier, the police had questioned nine MLAs in connection with the case and had arrested Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal. They were released on bail later. The police had also entered Mr. Kejriwal's house and procured CCTV footage of the night. The police had said that the video recording on the premises was running 40 minutes 42 seconds behind.
