The latest grapevine has it that Delhi Chief Secretary, Deepak Mohan Spolia (IAS:1979:UT), may shortly be given an extension for three months.
With the Delhi Assembly Elections on the cards, next month, Spolia may shortly be mandated to continue till April this year. He is scheduled to retire on January 31, 2015.
