CPOs appointed for ten Aspirational Districts

New Delhi (13.04.2023): The Centre has appointed Central Prabhari Officer (CPO) in respect of Districts under Aspirational District Programme. Names of the new CPOs of following districts are as follows:
  • Deepak Agarwal (lAS: 2000: UP), Joint Secretary, MoHUA, has been appointed as CPO Chitrakoot (Uttar Pradesh).
  • Mukesh Kumar Bansal (lAS: 2005: CH), Joint Secretary in the office of Financial Services, has been appointed as CPO Bastar (Chhattisgarh).
  • Pankaj Yadav (lAS: 2001: HY), Joint Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has been appointed as CPO Mewat (Haryana).
  • Krishan Kumar (lAS: 2002: OD), Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, has been appointed as CPO Rayagada (Odisha).
  • K Manicka Raj (lAS: 2005: TG), Joint Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, has been appointed as CPO Asifabad (Telangana).
  • Rahul Singh (lAS: 1996: BH), Additional Secretary in DoP&Trg, has been appointed as CPO Katihar (Bihar).
  • Rajneesh (lAS: 1997: HP), Additional Secretary & Dev. Comm in the Ministry of MSME, has been appointed as COP Chamba (Himachal Pradesh).
  • Rajat Kumar, (lAS: 2005: CH), Joint Secretary, DoP&Trg, has been appointed as CPO Korba (Chhattisgarh).
  • Dr (Ms) Maninder Kaur, (lAS: 1995: CH), MD, SFABC, in the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, has been appointed as CPO Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh).
  • Kamal Kishore Soan (lAS: 1998: JH), Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, has been appointed as CPO Lohardaga (Jharkhand).
