Delhi (15.08.2024): As Indianmandarins had reported on 12.08.2024 the incumbent DGP of Bihar Rajwinder Singh Bhatti (IPS: 1990: BH) is expected to move on Central Deputation; a time when several Central police organisations, including CISF, BSF, NSG, are awaiting new chief.
It is learnt that the New Delhi establishment may pick R S Bhatti as DG, CISF which has been lying vacant since Mrs Neena Singh (IPS: 1989: RJ) superannuated on 31.07.2024. Currently, CRPF DG Anish Dayal Singh (IPS: 1988: MN) holds the additional charge of CISF.
In case the Centre picks Bhatti for a DG post in either of the CPOs (CISF, BSF & NSG) it will necessitate the Bihar Govt to find out his successor. It is learnt that the Bihar Government has started the search for Bhatti’s successor.
