The Railway Board on August 20 assigned the additional charge of the post of General Manager, Northern Railway, to M C Chauhan who is currently serving as GM, North Central Railway. R N Kulshreshtha, the incumbent GM, NCR, has proceeded on leave.
A similar situation prompted the Railway Board to post Anshul Gupta (IRSEE) temporarily as Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi vice R N Singh who proceeded on leave. Currently, Gupta serves as Executive Director (Telecom Division) of the Railway Board.
