Sibi Chakravarthy (IAS:2008:MP) was on Monday appointed as PS to Pon Radhakrishnan, Union Minister of State for Finance & Shipping, in the Department of Economic Affairs. It may be recalled that while serving as Collector Narsinghpur Sibi had hit the headlines after he had made a tweet on Jayalalithaa's victory. Irked over his behavior, the Madhya Pradesh government was about to issue a notice to Chakravarthy.
