New Delhi (05.05.2026): The Centre has promoted and effected transfer of three Indian Police Service (IPS) offices to the rank of Joint Director in Central Bureau of Investigation. The names and new assignments of these officers are as follows:
- Sudhanshu Kumar Khare, DIG/HoB, CBI, SCB Kolkata, has been appointed as Joint Director, HoZ, CBI Bhopal Zone, Bhopal.
- Madhu Kumar Singhal, DIG, CBI, I&R, New Delhi, has been appointed as Joint Director, CBI, I&R, New Delhi.
- Vivek Priyadarshi, DIG/HoB, CBI, BSFB, New Delhi, has been appointed as Joint Director/HoZ, CBI, Hyderabad Zone, Hyderabad.
