Nitish had complete command over JD (U) but sweet and sour relations between them continued. But curtain came closing down on Nitish’s Bihar chapter of politics when he decided to go to Rajya Sabha as per the game plane of the BJP. The BJP wanted its Chief Minister in the state for long and it has now Samrat Choudhary as the CM. No one ever imagined that one day Nitish would resign as CM and shift to Delhi as Rajya Sabha member.

Now the case of West Bengal. Will Mamata Banerjee get the same treatment by allowing not allowing her to gain grounds again but the BJP will also not let TMC weakened so much that the space of opposition is occupied either by the Left or the Congress. Will she be like Mayawati of Bengal, neither politically dead nor alive? These are some of the conjectures. But it is easier said than done, containing Mamata Banerjee is little difficult. She is back with her fighting instinct and even refused to resign. This is yet again an attempt to create constitutional crisis. But Mamata is getting old and her party leader don’t compliment her rather they cause problems with corruption charges against them. So, she has to deal with intra-party and inter-party issues.
