New Delhi (13.01.2023): Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has entrusted following officers in the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner (Income Tax) with new responsibilities. In may be underlined that twelve IRS (IT) officers, mostly belonging to 1988 batch, were empanelled for holding Principal CC rank post in Income Tax.
The list of PCCITs getting new assignments goes as follows:
- Jayanti Krishnan (IRS IT: 1988)- Principal CCIT (PCCIT), Kerala.
- Debendra Narayan Kar (IRS IT: 1988)- Principal CCIT (NFAC).
- Manoranjan Panigrahi (IRS IT: 1988)- PCCIT, Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Simanchala Das (IRS IT: 1988)- Principal Director General (Training), Delhi.
- Seema Raj (IRS IT: 1988)- Principal Director General of Income Tax (HRD).
- Shelley Jindal (IRS IT: 1988)- PCCIT, Karnataka & Goa.
- Hemant Jawahar Lal (IRS IT: 1988)- Principal Chief Commissioner, UP (west) and Uttarakhand.
- Chaitali Panmei (IRS IT: 1987)- Principal Chief Commissioner, NER.
