Rajat Bhargava (IAS:1990:AP) appointed Special Commissioner to the Govt of Andhra Pradesh (AP Bhawan in Delhi). The post of Spl Commissioner had falled vacant after Ms Veena Ish (IAS:1985:AP) was appointed as Member (Administration), NHAI in July this year.
Bhargawa was abruptly repatriated from Ministry of Water Resources and Ganga Rejuvenation to cadre state on 02 September 2016.
