and accounts department sighting the reason of austerity measure. Most of these
posts were from DRDA, forest department and poverty alleviation. These measures
will save lots of money as the government claims. After DRDA officials getting accommodated in the rural
development department, it was deemed to be a dead department. Similarly other
positions were burden on the state government exchequer so the government
decided to do away with them.
