New Delhi (27.11.2025): Ashish Kundra (IAS: 1996: AGMUT) has been transferred from Delhi to Ladakh to take over as Chief Secretary of the Union Territory. Kundra will replace Dr Pawan Kotwal (IAS: 1994: AGMUT) who was appointed as the first Chief Secretary of Ladakh in February 2025, following the re-designation of the post of Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor.
