New Delhi (21.03.2023): The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet on Tuesday empanelled A R Sule (IDAS:1993) for holding Additional Secretary or Additional Secretary Equivalent level posts in the Government of India. Government Nominee Director of Grid Controller of India Limited since February, 2021.
He brings with him 27 years experience of in service in sectors including Finance, Public Administration, IT and so on. He has worked in various capacities in the Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence, National Disaster Manager Authority and Ministry of Home Affairs. During his tenure in the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) as Joint Secretary (Research & Development) and he looked after 5 R&D Units and 8 Autonomous Institutes of DAE. Currently, he is holding the charge of Joint Secretary (Industries & Minerals) Division which also includes PSUs viz. Uranium Corporation of India Ltd., Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. (ECIL) and Indian Rare Earths Ltd., and is also the Internal Financial Adviser in the Department of Atomic Energy.
