New Delhi (15.11.2022): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Tuesday are as follows:- Rudolf Aivares (IPS:2009:MP) was appointed as Deputy Director in Wildiife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) earmarked for Indian Police Service under non-CSS of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for a period of four years.
- The tenure of Raghubir Lal (IPS:1997:UP) as Joint Secretary (Security) (IG level) in the Lok Sabha Secretariat was extended beyond 28.09.2022 and upto 30.09.2023 (total tenure 8 years and 2 days), in relaxation of IPS Tenure Policy.
- The tenure of Rajan Sehgal (lFS:1992:KL) as CMD, NHFDC under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities was curtailed.
- The Central Deputation tenure of Ajay Kumar Yadav (IPS:1996:HP), IG in CRPF, was extended for a period of two years beyond 18.01 .2023 i.e. upto 18.01 .2025 (total 7 years), in relaxation of the IFS Tenure Policy.
- The Central Deputation tenure extension of Ravinesh Kumar (IDAS:1994), Financial Advisor (JS level), National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) under MHA, was extended for a period of one year beyond 10.10.2022.
- The Central Deputation tenure of Anant Swarup (IRPS:1992) as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, was extended for a period of two years beyond 28.11.2022.
- Budhi Prakash Sharma (ITS:1999) was appointed to the post of Director in the Central Vigilance Commission for a period upto 03.09.2024.
- The central deputation tenure of Arun Kumar Yadav (lTS:2004), Director in the Department of Sports, was extended for a period of two years beyond 20.11.2022 and upto 20.11.2024. He counts his central deputation tenure w.e.f. 21.11.2017.
- N S Govindaraju (IAS:2005:UP) was appointed to the post of Controller in Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), Bengaluru.
- Anurag Prasad (IRS: IT:1991) has been appointed as CVO, Minerals & Metals Trading Corporation Ltd. (MMTC), Delhi for the period of three years from the date of assumption of charge.
- Krishna Kumar Pilli (ITS: 1993) has been appointed as CVO, Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. (ECIL), Hyderabad for a combined deputation tenure of 7 years up to 31.07.2027.
- Soorya Thankappan (IPS: 2001: OD) has been appointed as CVO, Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Ltd. (FACT), Kochi for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge.
- Santosh Kumar (IFOS: 1993: AGMUT) has been appointed as CVO, National Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC), Delhi for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge.
- Ganesh Kumar (IPS: 2000: BH) has been appointed as Inspector General in Sashastra Seema Bai (SSB) on deputation basis for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the Charge. The State Government has been requested to relieve him.
- Dr Tata Narasinga Rao, Associate Director in International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad has been appointed to the post of Director, ARCI.
- Kushvinder Vohra has been empaneled for promotion to the post of Chairman, Central Water Commission for the panel year 2023.
- Hanif Qureshi (IPS: 1996: HY) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Heavy Industries from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years.
- As extension of deputation tenure, Amrendra Kumar Sengar (IPS: 95: UP), IG, NDRF, has been shifted laterally to Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) as Inspector General from the date of joining the post.
- K Timothy Zimik has been empaneled for promotion to the grade of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT) in Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel year 2018.
- Sudhanshu Gupta (IFS:1989:TN), Joint Secretary, NACWC under the Cabinet Secretariat, was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on the grounds of availing benefits of promotion in the cadre.
- The ACC cleared the empanelment of officers for promotion to the grade of Additional Director General (ADG) in the Border Security Force (BSF) for the panel year 2023.
- The ACC cleared the empanelment of nine IRS officers (CBIC) for promotion to the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner/Principal Director General of Customs and Indirect Taxes in the Indian Revenue Service (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs), for the panel year 2022 (Supplementary Panel).
- Mukesh Choudhary was appointed as Director (Marketing), Coal India Limited (CIL) on immediate absorption for a period of five years. Currently, he is working as Director, Ministry of Coal.
- Mrs Ahuti Swain was appointed as Director (Personnel) in Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) till her superannuation i.e. 31.08.2024.
- Asaram Muthukumar (IAS:2009:JH) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Vice Chairperson (Dr. Suman K. Bery), NITI Aayog on co-terminus basis with the Vice Chairperson, NITI Aayog.
- Dr Tata Narasinga Rao was appointed to the post of Director, International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad. Currently, he is Associate Director in ARCI.
- Dr Sagar Sengupta was appointed to the post of Director, National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG), Kalyani, West Bengal. Currently, he is Staff Scientist-VII, National Institute of Immunology (NII), New Delhi.
- Venkateswarlu Tirupati Josyula (IPoS: 1994), CVO, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (CPCL), Chennai, has been entrusted with additional responsibility of CVO, Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL), Mangaluru for a further period of 6 months beyond 04.11.2022.
- Shanti Priye Beck (IRSSE: 91), Executive Director/ Vigilance (S&T), Ministry of Railways, has been entrusted with additional responsibility of CVO, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), Delhi for a period of three months from the date of assumption of charge.
